Yes, it is possible to stop by our shop to see our different products or have them sent to you by courier.
→ What are your production times?
Production times vary depending on the different products. They can vary between 2 to 6 weeks.
→ Are there other products available that are not in your online catalog?
Yes, it is possible for us to provide you with eco-friendly products that are not in the general catalog. These products are generally manufactured abroad, as we do not have the local expertise to produce them.
ONLINE TRANSACTION
→ What are the steps following an order on the website?
Someone from kotmo will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm the final details. You must prepare your logo in eps. format and your color code for personalization.
→ Is it possible to order multiple colors of the same product in one online order?
In some cases, yes. You can ask [email protected] to make sure it is feasible.
→ Will I receive a technical proof for approval before my order goes into production?
Yes, you will be sent a technical proof for approval before we begin production.
→ Can I add, modify or delete items on my order after completing the transaction?
Yes, the order can be modified after the transaction. However, additional costs may be added.
→ How can I track my order?
A project manager will contact you following the confirmation of your order to receive your logo and have your virtual proof prepared. She will explain the steps from production to delivery of your product.
→ What can I do if I have problems with my online transaction?
You can contact us using the Messenger tab on the bottom right of your screen.
→ Could I order less than the minimum quantities listed on the website?
Unfortunately, this is not possible since these are minimum quantities to start productions.
→ Do I have to pay now when I make an online transaction?
It is possible to make a deferred payment when you place an order online. We will contact you 24 hours after completing your purchase to finalize the details with you.
