A zen box for a relaxing campaign!


North Strategic was looking for a product at the image of their client campaign : O’Zen by Ubisoft. For this project our zen box, which was developed for our second collection, fit perfectly.

With this project, Ubisoft is giving its partners unique products that have positive impacts on our environment. Here’s how.

The positive impacts of locally-made box

Economic spinoffs – We’re committed to locally sourcing our products: it’s one of our most important values. For this project, we worked with Montreal design studio Allstudio. The designers bought the box, the paper, the wood and the cactus from Quebec manufacturers. The engraving on the wood and on the box as well as the printing and concrete pot were done in our studio in Montreal. That means 7 local businesses were involved in the creation process for this unique product.

Environmental impacts – Like we said, manufacturing and production were local, meaning products were only transported on the island of Montreal. The products travelled less than 12 miles to reach the team! So not much greenhouse gas was produced overall — that’s a win for the company!

Social benefits – By handing out a locally made gift, Ubisoft is putting the spotlight on local products and showing off the creativity of Canadian designers. Ubisoft is therefore positioning itself to promote local talent.
