A Custom-Made Reusable Bag!
Danone was looking for a unique promotional product to welcome their new interns. They chose our reusable bag made entirely in Quebec.
The Positive Impacts Of The Reusable Bag
Economic spinoffs – One of our most important commitments and values is to design and create products locally. For this project, we worked with Dans Le Sac, a local designer specialized in textile production, as well as two other local companies. This means that 4 local businesses were involved in the creation process of this product, and it was 100% made in Quebec.
Environmental impacts – As we mentioned, the manufacturers are all located in Quebec. The bags therefore only traveled within the province – meaning less than 30 km. A minimal amount of greenhouse gas was produced overall as a result — that’s a win for the company, and the environment!
Social benefits – By purchasing a locally made product, Danone is putting the spotlight on local production and showing off the creativity of Canadian designers. The company is therefore positioning itself to promote local talent.
Danone – A role model for our Ecoleaders
Danone can see the impact it makes by choosing a local supplier: it encourages local creativity, minimizes environmental impacts and supports jobs in the country. This strategy is in line with its mission and overall vision.
