A trophy to show the culture recognition  !


Bell Media was looking for a cool and unique trophy to create a culture of recognition and celebrate achievement. The trophy will be given out during quarterly events. The goal of this trophy is to celebrate the individuals who are going above and beyond within the company. It is meant to be a special token of appreciation for all of their efforts. It is also a good opportunity for others to be inspired and learn from their colleagues.

The positive impacts of our trophies

Economic spinoffs – One of our most important commitments and values ​​is to design local products. For this project, we worked with the Montreal designers Allstudio. The cutting and engraving of the acrylic were done in our studio in Montreal as well as the production of the trophies. That means 5 local businesses were involved in the creation process for this unique trophy.

Environmental impacts – Like we said, the manufacturers are located in Montreal and the production is local. Therefore the trophies  only traveled from Montreal to Toronto –  meaning less than 350 miles. So not much greenhouse gas was produced overall — that’s a win for the company!

Social benefits – By handing out a locally made product, Bell Media is putting the spotlight on local products and showing off the creativity of Canadian designers. The company is therefore positioning itself to promote local talent.
