Unique christmas decorations

Mandate

The Jump & Love team contacted us to make Mobilia Christmas gifts. They wanted wooden christmas decorations in the shape of the company logo. Added to this a small bag to insert the gift before offering it.

The positive impacts of locally-made product

Economic spinoffs – We’re committed to locally sourcing our products: it’s one of our most important values. For this, we worked with the Montreal designers Aubry / Levesque. The wood is purchased from a local manufacturer. Cutting, production and painting are done entirely in our Montreal studio. For the pockets, we worked with the printer Carbon60. They are made in its premises by experienced seamstresses with whom we thought the design of the bag. That means 4 local businesses were involved in the creation process for this unique product.

Environmental impacts – Like we said, the manufacturers are located in Montreal and the production is local. The products traveled on the island of Montreal before being sent to Jump&Love. The gifts had traveled less than 20 miles. So not much greenhouse gas was produced overall — that’s a win for the company!

Social benefits – By handing out a locally made gift, Mobilia is putting the spotlight on local products and showing off the creativity of Canadian designers. Mobilia is therefore positioning itself to promote local talent.

Mobilia – A role model for our Ecoleaders

Mobilia can see the impact it makes by choosing a local supplier: it encourages local creativity, minimizes environmental impacts and supports jobs in the country. This strategy is in line with its mission and overall vision.
