Our sunglasses case for Flow!
Flow Partners was looking for a sophisticated product to give to Executive Assistants with whom they have worked.
With this project, Flow Partners is giving its partners unique products that have positive impacts on our environment. Here’s how.
The positive impacts of locally-made product
Economic spinoffs – We’re committed to locally sourcing our products: it’s one of our most important values. For this project, we worked with Allstudio designers. The leather is bought from a Quebec supplier. The cut and the engravure is made in our studio in Montreal. The packaging is made by Lithologie in order to have a unity between this product and the whiskey rocks. That means 5 local businesses were involved in the creation process for this unique product.
Environmental impacts – Like we said, manufacturing and production were local, meaning products were only transported from our studio to Flow Partners in Montreal. The products travelled less than 10 miles in the province before reaching the clients! So not much greenhouse gas was produced overall — that’s a win for the company!
Social benefits – By handing out a locally made product, Flow Partners is putting the spotlight on local products and showing off the creativity of Canadian designers. Flow Partners is therefore positioning itself to promote local talent.
Flow Partners – A role model for our Ecoleaders
Flow Partners can see the impact it makes by choosing a B Corp certified local supplier: it encourages local creativity, minimizes environmental impacts and supports jobs in the country. This strategy is in line with its mission and overall vision.
